NORA KAMM TRIBA is a groundbreaking band led by the award-winning German Saxophonist Nora Kamm that fuses elements of jazz with vibrant African rhythms. Nora won the Selmer Soloist Prize, awarded by Patrick Selmer during the Young Talents Competition 2014 in Paris and her first album "Source" with her former band Dreisam has been highly rated in the French press, on major radio shows and television programmes (in particular Jazzman Magazine and France TV). In this new project she is accompanied by four talented musicians from Cameroon, Madagascar, Cuba and France.
Nora’s unique and diverse repertoire of compositions is inspired by her collaboration with African musicians like Manu Dibango, Cheick Tidiane Seck and Mariana Ramos. This band is not to be missed!
